You sit right at the intersection of the customer and the product team, and you bring products to market. More than that, you need to be a chief storyteller for Umbel. Above all, you’ll champion the client and the market. You will know our markets inside and out, read the tea leaves on market opportunity and competition, and articulate our vision and value that will be delivered consistently through all go-to-market channels and directly enable our growth. You will work cross-functionally with the product, sales, and customer success teams. That includes everything from setting the positioning and messaging, to running product launches, to making sure the sales team understands how to talk about the product and making sure customers understand how to use it. Your role is key to customer acquisition and retention--those are the measures you should turn to as measures for success.
